out of the 3 you posted, this is the one i see being somewhat useable. however the background color grabs attention more than your face & like any other headshot you need retouching to remove wrinkles & what not. now, i am not a pro but i took a quick minute to make an example.

TOO closely cropped.

Commercial agents especially KSR, CESD, Commercial Talent, and Abrams have all said that they hate closely cropped photos because it's difficult for casting directors to get a good idea of body type. They prefer a headshot where at least the upper part of the torso is clear.

Its not very flattering. there are too many shadows in you face and the angle is a bit...I don't know. I think you could do better.

Hey Aqui,

This is poorly lit. Really unfixable with photoshop. Also, it looks like you are trying to hide your hairline. Don't crop too close.

The good news: You're doing your job. You look relaxed and engaged. Better lighting and you'll look great.

good luck,

rod

The lighting is not flattering for your skin and your teeth are distractingly yellow-looking.

Also, your right eye (picture left) is missing a catchlight and is kind of "dead".
