You're comparing apples with oranges, Morgin. The first picture is for commercials, the bottom, for legit roles. I would select the bottom one, however, since the exposure/styling is far more pleasing. www.robertkim.com

I have a feeling your doing this to prove a point to the photographer of the first image. The second one is obviously more appealing. And they are for different applications. The only reason I would choose the first one would be if it were a better match for your skin tone. Also this is really too small of a file size to judge. The bottom pick could have been taken with a 6 megapixel camera with a good lens and look terrible at a larger file size. The top one could have sparkling clarity at 12/18. There is something weird about this post. I feel like its a trick question. Why would you have two images side by side at thumbnail size with different skin tones and different looks, and then ask which one is better? bring us bigger photos and tell us which one has a more accurate depiction of skin tone. What sort of work you trying to get?

Thanks guys! I decided on the second. I agree, better lighting. Prove a point? not quite. both of these were taken by a pretty good photographer and i was honestly trying to decide which one to print.
