You've got an excellent look, quite pretty. Could you salvage these and use them? Sure, but you'll be doing yourself a disservice in my opinion. I'm sort of on the fence because compared to most that are posted in these forums, these are fine.
But you must raise the bar when it comes to your acting career. There's a hundred other headshots on that desk fighting for the same gig. These won't hold up in that battle.
Firstly, the exposure is poor. There's quite a few hot-spots on your face that can be healed in PS but will look fixed no matter what. Then there's the hair light, or separation between you and the background. There is none! There should be some separation.
Also, your hair is edging too close to your eye and it''s distracting. The very first focus of every photographer should be capturing those eyes! That's what initially grabs the attention of agents and CD's. Unfortunately your eyes are lost in these shots.
You have an incredibly cute smile but it's also coy and you're losing out on any strength or energy that most agents want to represent. The girl in the first shot looks like she'd fold when I call "action". The primary problem is the exposure and the BG, both very messy.
I would consider a re-shoot or finding a photographer that can, 1. Bring out your energy, 2. Pop you out from the BG, 3. understands exposure and balance of light. Find those qualities first, and you'll do great!
You are super-cute! I agree that you should shop around very carefully for the right photographer and get new ones. But really, you are adorable, and you look super young. If you decide to use one of these while hunting for a new photog, I would say the first and second are the lesser of three evils. Just definitely not the third one. Anyway, good luck! You have a great look, and I hope all goes well for you.

I agree with just about everything Zampano says about your photos. You are extremely photogenic and in the right hands should be able to get great shots.
Hey JC, You do look very good in photos. Unfortunately, your hair is covering up your pretty face. And I agree with Zampano on this one, your picture's exposure is off. Try reducing it and upload more shots if you have them. If you have the time, get a new set of headshots. Great face!
These are other shots I took. I checked the exposure of these pictures with CameraRaw and these are fine. Let me know your opinions. Thanks for all the comments so far.

Thanks for all your comments. What role would I probably be suited for with this look? I'm just afraid it is resembling existing celebrities but not actually bringing out my personality. I love your avatar, Mystique!

College student, seductress, actress, a pretty teacher, young mother/wife, the other woman, an average woman, the pretty woman that others are jealous of,
Your look her is very versatile but you look more darker and mysterious without the smile, and with smile like you're nicer and more open.
Thanks I found the avatar on some web page (wasn't really an avatar but I thought she had my look a bit).
