-The main photo with your arm under your head is distracting and doesn't allow the casting director or agent to see your body. DELETE IT!
-The one where you're wearing the trench coat and you're looking away is pointless. Agents and casting directors want to see your eyes looking directly at the camera.
Your other ones are good. Just get rid of those two that I mentioned.

I agree with El wholeheartedly. I would also add though that the second picture, the one where you are where the black t-shirt is kind of distracting. I found myself not so much looking at you, but wondering what was going on with your arm to the left of the picture. I think it is because of how your shoulders are placed (one front, one to the side). I really like the other three though. They seem like I was thought through and you targeted your type well.

Top right headshot, I don't like the way the body is positioned and how you're kind of leaning back. Oh. basically what ramblewoods said.
Middle left, your right eye has no light in it. Photographer should have had you turn your face slightly more to your left to get the extra catchlight.
Middle right is ok. Though I think if you're going with a leather jacket you can go with a more intense expression.
Bottom left, I'm actually seeing more and more agents choose the looking away shots, but if you're going to do it, look toward the light, instead of into the darkness. When you look into the darkness your eyes go dead.
Bottom right, smiley...but I don't feel any warmth emanating from the picture.
Interesting opinions. I appreciate the technical comments. I put them up because what is going on in my eyes, cause if it aint the eyes... Actually Jackie Burch who cast Die Hard 1 and 2, said that when she gets a headshot, she covers most of the face with her hand, just so she can focus on the eyes. I showed her the first pic with the arm under the chin, said it was one of the best she has seen. Mark Saks told me the same thing...cause it's in the eyes. I've got my eyes, and am always trying to pick up technical knowledge, camera angles, lenses, lighting, body positions, head positions, etc.
