Newbie here. I just got some really great headshots but I can't decide on a photo. I am also not sure if I should do a closer in shot or just a good 3/4. I am trying to pick a photo that will help me get an agent especially a commercial agent. Please constructive criticism only. Thank you, I really really appreciate the help :-)

I like the last one because it has a cute quirkiness to it which reminds me a bit of Tine Fey. I think the shot needs to be cropped tighter......just my 1.9 cents.

I'd go for either the first one or the last one. I like your expression better in the first one, but the ear needs to be photoshoped and I'm not too sure about the angle it was taken. However, your face looks relaxed and I like your smile. I'd crop them both, focusing on your face. The top in the last one is very distracting. And, having seen your smile in the first pic, I think the smile a bit forced here. Hope that helps!

You have a dark blotch on each side of your nose in every picture that you should remove. I like the second picture best. If you use the first, fix the stray hairs on your head in addition to the blotches.

The yellow shirt is not really appropriate for a headshot. Casting is going to see the shirt before they see your face and that really isn't what you want. If you crop it up enough so the shirt doesn't really show, you are going to have the naked look. (not good)
I am actually sort of puzzled that the photographer didn't mention something to you about that shirt, especially since you are in LA.
The idea is to really make your energy come through, your eyes need to give off a good vibe. You want the picture to say "call me" not I'm selling this shirt.
If I were casting something and I got this headshot, I might think you were inexperienced. Maybe I would look beyond that but in the back of my mind, I'd still be thinking it.
