I would like to know, what do agents look for when reviewing resumes? I understand, most(agents) flip to the resumes first,and if that's impressive then, they'll flip to the pic.Do they look for certain training or the amount of roles you've listed? Thank you again for your help.

All agents are different. Some won't even look at the resume if the headshot is bad. A headshot is just as important if not more important than a resume. It is your calling card. That's why it's important to research what makes a good headshot and then shop around for a great photographer. Invest in your headshot.
Great training is important with the resume and important with agents. If you don't have alot of credits, then they want to see you have great training and alot of it. Everyone starts out with no credits.
Commerical agents are more open to working with you if you have a limited resume if you have great headshots. If a headshot is great, it will get attention. So, get great headshots and get great training. Research and read alot as well. Just my two cents.

Cant speak in regards to legit agents, but a commercial agent here in NYC told me that they start with theatre credits, followed by training (indicative of how serious you are), your picture, and lastly, what special skills you can bring to the table. I would imagine that the Film/TV/Theatre agents are similar...

Most good theatrical agents WON'T see you unless you're SAG, have a polished resume with credits and training, and have a demoreel.
BUT to get a good commercial agent, you need at least the following: -DAMN good headshots -IMPROV preferably at a name school like Second City, Upright Citizens Brigade, Improv Olympic, and Groundlings. -A good COMMERCIAL class -A good cold reading/auditioning class

I agree, every agent is different. The picture or the resume could make or break you or could not make any impression on an agent. I've heard crazy things like an agent might hate the color yellow and if you're wearing a yellow shirt you're done. Sometimes they will even go as far as your name: if your name is Robin, for instance, an agent may not want to look at you because they might have an ex named Robin. Okay, so these are two extreme cases but you just got to remember that agents are people too with different things that catch their eyes.
It's hard to please everyone, so just work with what you have and don't feel like you have to take a certain class to get an agent.
