It's refreshing to see someone around going to a professional headshot photographer. I wish more actors would visit this and take note before asking what we all think of their headshots. In fact, I suggest all actors set their own bar before asking. This is a set of headshots you can set that bar too. They're excellent. Keep in mind, we can all find flaws in headshots as they are subjective. Surely some will come in here and point those flaws out to you (unnecessarily) But the key elements needed to capture a casting director's attention can be found here, and that's all that matters.

Good luck and bravo!

Smiler

My immediate impression from seeing the thumbnails was that you look like Kate Hudson and give off the same kind of bubbly energy. Great work!

Hi there! I was opening up the link and was happy for the beautiful outcome of your headshot. The first, 2nd and last picture are the best with the first being my favorite. The picture in the green shows your great body but it's competing too much with your pretty face. Smiler The ones in black look rather reserved. Well, I'm happy for you! Keep up the great work!

Thanks for all the feedback everyone!

Which one would you guys recommend to use as a theatrical headshot for mailings/postcards?

Trying to convey the high school/college type.

Thanks!

I like #2 and #6 as commercial and serious. Your expression in #2 says something different and intriguing and captures who (I think) you are... it makes an impression.
