You definitely have a wide range and a great look.
NO to: -Gangsta look. NEVER wear a hat in headshots. Agents and CDs want to clearly see your hairstyle. You could still be able to suggest a more urban look without the hat.
-Orange shirt. It would have been a great commercial look if you didn't have your arm up like that. Never pose with your arm. It's distracting and takes away from your face.

I don't mind hats if they go with the look you're going for. I think we can tell what your hair would look like if you took off your hat.
There is a way to do an arm in a picture, but the way this is done, where it seems to pop out of nowhere, is a different skin tone, and takes up almost as much space as your face, is really distracting.
WOW. That's all i can say. I noticed though you live in Kentucky?? Too bad, because if your photog is from there, I'll have to fly out. These are amazing. Can you possibly print them a little larger? Who did them? What I really like is how he/she captured all your different looks... exactly what I would like to get btw, good luck in LA. Nicole B.

These look even more incredible when they're larger. The eyes really grab me on all four. I really like pic #1. for a young leading man type, the second one for a collegiate student, the third for an inner-city urban guy and the last one for your commerical headshot. I've heard nothing but great things about Robert Kim on different NYC blogs, this just reaffirms the buzz. I just love these. Nicole

This is Robert Kim's work? If this is, than it is best work I seen from him especially in the urban picture. Even though I usually don't believe hats will help, it does give it that special extra, and I can obviously see what your hair looks like. I really lvoe the urban picture, in my opinion it shows your power and personality the strongest. That's what they want, your personality showing through. It speaks volumes.
The first one is also outstanding headshot. The second one is also great, but isn't as powerful, but I can't complain. The last one *in orange* is my least favorite, since the background is too bland, and the hand taking the space of the headshot.
Especially the "glamorous" GANG BANGER shot, mrspeepers?? You wouldn't know a good headshot if it bit you. Just look at the ridiculous photo you post under your name... I don't really think you're qualified to judge Mr. Kim's work, or anyone's for that matter. Nicole B.
