I would have preferred that your body was more straight forward. The problem with your position in this headshot is the collar is bunched up and high as a result of your position and hides your neck.
Also, use photo shop to whiten your teeth a little.

However, you need to recrop this or position it somehow so that your head is higher in the frame and closer to the top of the crop. The reason is that the best headshots have been found to be the ones where the eyes are in the top third of the shot. It has a more eye-catching effect on the viewer. Allow me to demonstrate-

And see what a little teeth whitening does? I have no idea why you steadfastly refuse to whiten those teeth. You say you want to model? Well, models as well as actors keep their teeth nice and white. Go on a set and find me one leading man or lady without nice white teeth.
I say this as usual to HELP YOU.

Are there any more choices from this shoot? I agree that this is definitely better than the previous one you posted, but I'd like to see one where your pose is more relaxed, and without that high collar making your shoulders look hunched up. Can we see a few more from this shoot?

I agree about the shoulder bunching up and dominating the shot. I like the styling, but not for a commercial shot. This kind of jacket and look would be great for a soulful, serious theatrical shot.
