Great headshot. Definitely Disney, as said before.

I'm not sure what Robert Kim Photo is talking about...your eyes aren't out of focus. Some people are incredibly anal about the 'softness' of a focus...which can be good sometimes, but this shot is just fine.

I would, however, remove the design on the shirt if possible/conceivable.

Personally, this is the best headshot I've seen on this site so far. It's clean cut, good lighting, and your skin looks practically flawless.

My belated opinion:

1) Reduce the shine in your ear. Remember that eyes go to the brightest point first, and my eyes went there like a laser beam... Better if my eyes go to your smile.

2) Too much softening IMO. you're young, you should have MINIMAL softening. Who retouched this?

3) For me the BG is too bright and too flat (minor point)

4) Otherwise decent shot.

I think it's great, though I agree it might be better to photoshop the shirt.

aldo2waldo, how much did your headshots cost? The photographer has a very impressive website.
