I'm surprised that no one on the board, many of them professional photographers, didn't notice this.
Have the retoucher sharpen your eyes as much as possible and also completely eliminate the distracting pattern on your tee before you have this headshot duplicated.
I'm noticing that photos appear dramatically different on Safari and Firefox, even on the same computer.
In any case, have your retoucher REMOVE the busy design on the bottom of your tee shirt! It completely pulls focus from your face, and is easily accomplished by anyone with even a passing knowledge of Photoshop.

Excellent observation, one I completely agree with. I would definitely go the Disney, or various kids network routes when possible. As well as agents that cater to these niches.
