You can, but DON'T have to. I think it's safer to just list it as you would any other film. What if the agent or CD went to UCLA but sees that you've done A LOT of student films at USC?

It goes under film. Yes, list the director/USC or whatever school. Don't let silly things like worrying about where the director of your next audition went to school. I know student and established directors that go to different schools and they all support each other. It's really not an issue. Always be honest on your resume to avoid potential problems later.
