First off, I'd like to say I'm sorry for my other post. At the time, I didn't think anyone might take offense, it really was a sincere post. Just a stupid one.

I'd love to delete it, but I'm not able too. Sadly.

I sold a few video games, did some work for my grandma and got 50 dollars which I spent on these photos.

Once again. I'm sorry about the other post. To the people who posted constructive criticism, thank you. To the others who called me a troll. I understand, I'd think I'm a troll too.

Tell me which ones you think would make a great headshot. I'm voting for the first one.

The head on the hand pose went out with Black and Whites.

The faux hawk is a bit dated too. It's so last year.

Went out? I'm alittle lost. Are you suggesting I make it black and white?

And...eh. I like my hair like that.

The hand under the chin looks awkward - I would have liked the first shot, but the hand is too distracting. I'd go with the second shot.

Love love love the first one...it says I'm going to throw my chin at you and it's gonna be a knuckleball.

Love the gold ring, it shows that you are classy and can play those elegant roles like the guy in the Dos Equuis commercials...you know, the most interersting man in the world....

I would probably have the 3 freckles above your left eye retouched out for sure tho!

Best of luck with these!

Thanks David. I'm not 100% positive on how to touch them up, but I'll see what pant can do.

TMR- It does, it felt weird too.

Hey SaintSpader,

First off, good for you for coming back onto this board with new shots and addressing the troll issue. I give you a lot of credit.

Listen, don't use the first photo. You say you felt weird with your hand under your chin and it shows. That pose just doesn't fly in a headshot. Besides, it's out of focus. You see how your eyes are out of focus but your ears are in focus. Not good.

I really do like the second shot. It shows your character. Are these great shots? No. But they will get you moving forward. Don't worry about retouching the three freckles, that is a ridiculous statement.

When you get some more experience, go to L.A. and get some better shots. Until then the second shot will do.

Good luck,

rod

If you're going to use one of these, I'd use the second or third. Please don't use the first one. You look fine, it's just that everyone will judge a hand-under-chin photo as coming from someone who's "green." And I think the fohawk is fine. I know plenty of people who are still rocking the fohawk look, and their about your age.
Anyway, I agree with Rod. Stick to the second or third. Get them retouched a tiny, tiny bit, and use them in your local market until you move to one of the coasts.

Yes it's a ridiculous statement, because it's a ridiculous thread. He is still effing around. He is a wise ass getting a rise out of people and he's still trolling!

Oh. I didn't get the sarcasm from your first post David. Now I feel like a fool.

Though, I've told you I'm sorry, there isn't much I can say, or do. I'll just deal with the fact I made a mistake...

I honestly don't see how you can think I'm still trolling? I paid for some-what professional photos, and I apologized. I can't offer you anything more than what I have.

You called me a wise ass, but I honestly did not know that was sarcasm. I thought the chin comment was odd. But didn't think twice about it.

Anyway, I hope you can tell I'm honestly sorry that I'm not up to everyones standards. But I guess thats this business.

Good thing I can keep my head up, right?

Oh, and tell your photographer to get his sensor cleaned, there is some dust on the second shot by your head.

Video games...awesome :0

You DON'T do stupid poses like where you rest your head on your hand. It was popular when black and white headshots were still in style. NOT anymore! That's also the most UNNATURAL hand position that I've ever seen. And I'm more interested in the gold ring than you.

You didn't have that faux hawk in those joke pictures of yours. I think faux hawks are too trendy/metro/gay. I have nothing against gays and metrosexuals, but the faux hawk is a hairstyle that is trendy like the flat top was in the early 90s.

And Dave's right. Dust specks are floating around your ear in the second photo.

Agreed the first one is unusable. And rotate the bottom ones if you want comments on them, hard to judge when we have to turn our head sideways to look at them. :-)
