This headshot can "crossover" for both uses.

However, many agents/casting directors want to see teeth in commerical shots. On occasion, actors have bad teeth, which precludes them from using broad, toothy grins.

In any case, I place more emphasis on an actor's energy level, as opposed to displaying their "white and pearlies" just to demonstrate
their dental work. But if you have great teeth, it could certainly be a benefit.
