The only person whose brows bothered me belonged to Madonna's daughter, Lourdes.

That's practically child abuse! lol!

In today's economy we cannot judge people... especially cosmetic reason

If Madonna can not afford a tweezer for her daughter's eyebrows, the world really is coming to an end!

A child who is not a professional actor or whatever does not need their eyebrows done. Lourdes is a child. Why would a child need their brows done?

I know you are all just joking. However. Throwing around terms of abuse no matter how lightly or in jest is really irresponsible and could be perceived as downright nasty. Leave the child alone.

That's my two cents.

I love the eyebrow talk. I've lived with my naturally bushy eyebrows (I'm 1/2 Eygyptian so it comes with the territory) for over 40 years, since my American mom discouraged me from ever messing with nature. Anyway, I've tried to pass along the same message to my 15-year-old DD (not the one in the pic), but to no avail. She just went to town with the tweezers recently and although they're not hideously missing like many of her peers, I'm saddened. I guess I'm a feminist from the 70s that prefers girls to leave well enough alone. This is a general stance, not one for performers.

Cheers, Tamra

Lourdes' eyebrows are all over the place-- they're not helping, they're a distraction. A simple trim would work wonders for her.

It all comes down to personal taste, but we're not talking about brain surgery here...

I Googled "Lourdes eyebrows" and the reviews were universally negative.

They called her "unibrow." The others remarked that, "her moustache is longer than her eyebrows."

Like it or not, when you're in the public eye, your looks will be evaluated. And yes, those criticisms can be brutal.

But when something can so easily be fixed, I often wonder.

meh, I think she's groomed them now (thats she;s older and realized people were making fun of her)
I have a natural unibrow and I started tweezing the middle part when I turned about 15 because it became apparent to me. Kids dont usually care what they look like until they're old enough to try to attract others for romance, ect.
