How often should young male actors get new headshots? I had mine taken last March (20 then and recently turned 21) and wanted to know how that works? I haven't really changed, physically/looks wise, between then and now. Any advice would be great!

If your headshot still looks like you and it is getting you called in then there is no need to change it. If you've changed in appearance or it isnt getting you called in, then maybe it is time for new ones. But if its working now, no need.

My recommendation, since people look different from four years, is 4 years if you remain constant in your looks.

People can tell if you're 24 to 28.
It's a hint in the freshness of skin, lightness, just something that change.

You might not change in two years, vaguely 3 years, but 4 years yeah.

Good idea for our age (20s) is to get them every two years.
You may can stretch it to three.


But when you get older I think 3 years is good.

For teenagers 6 months during growth spurts. Just went through this with my kid. Still trying to shoot something that his agent is happy with.
