Go onto model mayhem and network with photographers and do trade work for a good headshot. Or craigslist. $150 is too inexpensive for a pro to give you the attention you deserve. If you have the time TFP/CD is the way to go. It may be a bit of a networking nightmare but if someone says they'll do it for $150 and their a pro I would expect some sort of catch. Like having to purchase individual images after the shoot.

I would caution against going with B&W shots. As an independent film director, I basically skip over B&W shots. They seem to scream out that the actor doesn't care enough about his/her career to update their shots. Just one man's opinion! Good luck! Ron
