A few friends and I have started our own businesses to keep our heads above water in these dire financial times with the ultimate goal of collaborating on music videos, film shorts, and eventually feature length films.

We all work in various aspects of media/entertainment. I started a publicity/marketing and artist management firm as a way to keep my feet in the industry.

What are others doing or planning to do to survive?
