Just wondering how many 2 year olds, esp. boys are getting sent out for go-see's so far this summer?

I have heard that there are not too many jobs for 2 year olds, they tend to hire 3 year olds instead.

I'm wondering if some agencies are better with babies than others? Does anyone feel that way>

We're still new but since signing in early June, my DS (3 and half) has only been on 2 go-sees. I can understand it's an up and down thing but I was under the impression summer was busy season but it doesn't seem so busy here. Oh well. Then again, maybe it's just an individual...what are they looking for kind of thing (age/look/size) and that's why we haven't been called lately.

Hi EWMOM- My son is almost 3 and a half and also has only been on 2 go sees this summer. Who are you with? Send me a pm if you can. I am also wondering if it depends on the agency or if its just a 'look' thing.

I have been told from agents that clients are VERY particular with sizes and looks. So you may in that age group, but it may not be the features the clients need at the time.
One time,my dd got a direct book from a client because she had the exact skintone they were looking for. She was selected from the pics. the agent sent. So, you just never know.

Hey Liza don't know if you remember me you pmd me a while ago re your sons nike job.... Anyway It really does depend on size. I know some people said they have had a lot of gosees and direct bookings but it could be for a lot of reasons... maybe they are a very big 2 more like a 3 size 39-42 inches... or maybe they are a small 2 year old more like an 18 month old.. When my daughter was 2 she worked a lot but she was really size 18 -24 months... then she was slow for a while even after she turned 3 because she was small. now she is finally actually size 3 even though she has been 3 for 4 months and it is picking up. or sometimes a client likes a certain look and it does not matter what size or age but that is not always the norm. sometimes people are just lucky... don't get discouraged
