Just a quick question, do you need a work permit from NYS for modeling for a print ad like you do if a child does a commercial?

Yes you do. Not everyone asks for it, but you should have it with you at all times anyway, just as you do with a child performer permit.

Thanks for the quick response. We have the child performer work permit but do not have a model permit. How and where do we apply for one?
