Not sure if it's an age thing but we've been busier in the last few weeks then we have all summer. It's mostly been direct bookings. My DS is 3-4 range.

I don't know about Willy kids but My Daughter is with Generations and my Son FFT and we just have verbal agreements we have never signed anything. I like it better that way!

Since Willy gave you vouchers they are planning on sending him out. See how it goes, how you like working with them. Since you don't have a contract you can always submit to other agencies in the future if you don't think it's a good fit. I think it's a good thing not having one. Did they tell you to get comp cards done? We aren't with Willy so maybe someone else on the board can tell you more about being represented by them.

Congrats inthesky123! I wouldn't stress about not signing a contract. You have the best of both worlds since you have Willy looking out for your DS and like Boosmom said, you don't have the obligation to stay with them if you want to search for other respresentation later. I'd be patient and just wait it out.
