Hello-

New mom here, I’m looking for an agency to represent my child. I split my time between NY and DC. Are there any agencies that will be willing to work with us? I can travel very easily and would not mind it at all. We have tired Generation, the owner was very interested but said to contact her again when we make the move permanent to the NY area and she would to meet with us. Should I be discouraged from this or keep looking?

It isn't worth traveling that distance for go sees. We also split our time between NY and DC
(hubby works in DC and NYC) and we maintain a residence in NYC and only go to go sees when we are living in NY. You are going to find that no agency will represent you unless you live within driving distance, an hour is reasonable. Listen to Patty, she knows the business and it's not reasonable to travel that distance with a young child for print.`

I would contact an agencie in both cities and tell them when you are in each town in each city. We live in SC and work with an agencie in NY and GA but we tell them when we are in each city.

Thanks for the feedback. Does anyone know any agencies in the DC area? I'm having trouble finding one.
