Are chubby baby models not in anymore?? I see them everywhere but my daughter receieved something in the mail from Adele's Kids that said she had a full face and full faces aren't usually in demand but that they would like to offer a non exclusive contract because they can still get her some work. Sounds really weird to me. Have you heard of this? Are they now looking for thin faced babies??

Chubby babies are always in. Find a new agent. My dd was chubby and bald and people couldn't keep their hands off her. My other dd is the talent and has representation. Everyone wanted her to model, but I didn't do it to her because she was shy. Too many people trying to get in her face.

OMG, I cannot believe they said that. My girlfriend has a very chubby, bald, 8 month old baby and he has been super busy this summer. Chubby babies are so cute! Adele's is legit but you can do better. Have you submitted to all the NYC agencies? And there are a bunch of good managers out there. Submit her somewhere else! Good Luck!

I agree! Aren't babies supposed to be chubby and adorable!! I'm sure that you will be able book her either with Adele's or somewhere else.

I would rather not be exclusive with an agent. I have lost opportunities to go out on calls with other agents because of the exclusive contract. If they want to still represent your baby without exclusivity, then I don't see it as a hinderance.

nymom I agree.. But i passed since we are currently working with a few other agents/managers so I was not too overly concerned about them. It was just something I had never heard of before and was wondering if anyone else had especially concerning babies. Thanks everyone!
