Just a few questions - everyone on this message board seems so knowledgable! Generally speaking, where are the shoots typically? And what if you cannot go to a "Go See", does the agency frown down on that? One last ? ...If you had to choose between Ford and Generation, which would you choose. Thanks so much for all your input!

Go-sees are generally all in NYC with the occasional one right outside the city. Agencies don't mind if you miss a go-see here or there but I wouldn't make a habit of it. If everytime they call you, you are declining, they will get mad and stop calling you. I try to make every one possible even if I have to switch things all around. I personally would go with Generation just b/c they deal strictly with children and they don't make you sign a contract. Ford either has you sign a 1 or 3 year contract and if you end up not being happy with them, you are stuck. Good Luck with your decision.

It's too difficult to answer this because some people love Ford and others love Gen. Have you met with them yet? I really think that once you meet with them, you will have your answer. Just be very honest about what you can and cannot do when you meet. Good luck and keep us posted!

Thanks for all the great input! I will meet with these agencies next week, so, we'll see what happens. It should be interesting!
