Hello,

Yes Brandi, I was humbled by that other thread. I screwed up at 2:00 a.m.

The Roy Hart Theatre in France.

Pan Theatre, also in France, I think.

Semiotics -- although not so modern.

There is a lot of physical training in Europe, in part inspired by Grotowski.

Augosto Boal is Argentina is amazing...

But mostly, I think people go to England for old-fashioned training, and come to NY or LA for modern, practical training.

I have actors from all over the world at our school -- I think that's true for the respected schools in NY. I seem to always have many students who've come to me from Australia. - Jason

Thank you Jason
Augosto Boal looks very interesting, I should have been more clear, I wasn't particularly needing info on just Europe, I just wanted a feel for what (the rest of the world) does for training.

I can recommend actors taking classes in tradition based theater (if you can find it)
The application to a naturalistic performance is a little abstract, however, think of the power the smallest movement if properly timed can be. Also I aint met an actor yet that was guilty of being TO disaplined
