One piece of advice is to LISTEN. Listen to the other actors in the scene. If you are focused on what is going on in the scene, and what your characters objectives are, you won't have time to constantly direct yourself...at least not overly so. Another thing is to trust yourself. Don't act. Just do it. You don't need to show the camera anything...if you are in the moment, the camera will pick up the smallest of body language or expression. You don't need to show anything...at least not until you are skilled enough to control the finest details of an expression, movement, or vocal tone...but that comes with practice. Get in the moment. I don't know what else to say. Don't be afraid to let go of everything else...and just be in that scene. Let it all fade out (even the boom under your nose). Trust yourself...and listen.
