Has anyone studied this technique?

I did a little. Very briefly. Its kinda of (in my opinion) a "technique-less" technique but with a "meisner-ish" philisophical bent. There is only a handfull of folks around that would claim to teach his "way"

I studied with a guy who apprenticed taught with him. My teacher was a nice guy and all but the way he taught was not for me--but maybe it would be for you. Different things work for different people. Give it a shot and see if its for you. That is the only way you will know. Good luck on your journey. MRFREE
