I tend to overthink when I try to work on a script. Any advice? Tips?

Overthinking can be deathly & sometimes suck all the fun out of something we love doing. but then again sometimes it can lead to new views of thought & interpretations of characters. i guess what im saying is that its not always a bad thing. dont let it get the best of you though.

i know this doesnt really answer your question. sorry :/

Well, it's easy said then done, but just remeber to have fun! Remember to play. Don't be afraid to make "mistakes".

Don't forget stage performances are called "plays", they are not called "works" (that's what they call the written word).

Iceman, I really love that. It is so true, but we so often forget it when getting swept up by all sorts of things. Thanks for the reminder!
