I have a meeting with LW1 coming up - does anyone have any experience with them? How long does the meeting last, what do they expect from me, etc. etc.? This will be my first meeting with an agency. So, fingers crossed. Thanks!

I met with them before. They focus on commercials and have a great reputation.
You won't have to do any kind of cold read. They just want to get to know you as a person.
For me, I met with Mark Park and the assistant Rebecca Beazley. Super nice people! I really enjoyed meeting with them.
They will be looking at your personality. So you want to warm the room up with your presence. Ask questions, be outgoing, but don't over do it or force anything.
They will be looking to see if you have any commercial training on your resume. Typical things that a commercial agent would want their clients to have.
So having commercial training, improv, etc will help you.
The meeting can last as long as you make it. The longer the meeting probably means they like you.
So just relax and be yourself!

Thanks so much, CMS! Are there any general "safe" questions to ask at an agency meeting like this? I was thinking maybe business structure (or perhaps that's too technical), interaction with clients, etc.? Thanks again!
