One way to find out if a commercial agency is great is to go to the places that hold the biggest commercial auditions such as Alyson Horn, Terry Berland, Joe Blake, Danielle Eskinazi, 200 S. La Brea, Skirts Casting, etc. and look on the sign in sheets. You'll see the obvious (KSR, Commercial Talent, Diverse, CESD) and those agencies that I mentioned previously as consistent agencies on some of the biggest commercial auditions.
Also, talk with some of the top Commercial CDs and ask them which agencies they like to work with. In my experiences it has always been the obvious and some of those names mentioned above.

That's because they're STRICTLY Commercials/Infomercials. Commercials aren't listed on IMDB. They're the William Morris of Commercial agencies. I know that Blair Taylor who's more in charge of the Union branch won't sign let alone see you unless you have at least 5-10 Commercial credits. I've seen a few people get signed as a non-union with them, but VERY rarely. They don't have a big client list because the very few they have are regularly working commercial actors so there's no need to sign similar looking clients.
