The Beverly Agency, are they a reputible agency? Their website looks a little sucky and they've been around since 1994. Anyone have an idea who these people are?

I got an email from The Beverly Agency, not The Beverly Hecht Agency. Have you heard of the Beverly Agency? I guess with my research so far it doesn't seem like a good idea to call them anyway. I had also checked out an agency called RPM and they just seemed to be rip off artists.

I asked around for you and no one ever heard of The Beverly Agency but a few people did know RPM. They said it was a small commercial agency that also submits theatrically for day player roles. What made them seem like rip off artists?
Beverly Graham(I think we're talking about the same person).. cool lady..not a scammer, and she hustles hard for her clients..just not quite "there" yet for a working actor. Worth a meeting if you're new, though.

Thanks for asking for me about The Beverly Agency. As for RPM, after my interview, a girl and I were hustled to the back to speak to the photog and when he asked the girl who shot her headshot, she told him a very famous name of a photog and the RPM photog didn't know who that was. We both had a bad vibe about the place. Especially when the RPM photog told us that they try to keep their agency a secret from L.A. to keep prices down.

I was contacted by them on LA Casting last year and directed to a website that only had one client. From there, I assumed that they were some start up type thing and passed.
