I had tried to contact them about two years ago... wrote, called, etc. The website said they offered consulations and I wanted to book one. They never responded.

If you are located in NY, why are you interested in an NJ agent? Go for it in NY!!

This is a management company, not agents.

I advise you to try agents first. As an adult newbie, you most likely don't need a manager.

If you think your lack of experience is holding you back, why not get some? Take classes, do community theater, go out for student films, try self-submitting. It is a good idea to develop your resume before finding an agent or manager.
