Hi Guys. This is my first time posting here. I am looking for a casting notice of Microsoft Print Casting that was out in August/September of 2007. I need it to prove that my manager may have cheated me and not given me all the amount due to me. If someone has any information in that casting notice please write to me. Thanks.

Word has it that agents/managers have not been paid for the job, so don't blame them. This is as of February. I did one of those shoots, as did another friend of mine who shot a different day and who booked through another agent. We're all being screwed, talent and agents. Thanks for the reminder. I'll check again on the status with the agent who booked me.

Just got an update from my agent. The checks were supposed to have been sent out this week. This is what my friend heard from her agent as well.

Print agents sent out the casting, for several ethnic backgrounds. I think that after the casting they were still looking for South Asians on Craig's List.

Hold on- apparently I didn't read and comprehend what you originally posted, Deepti. Sorry about that.

YOU GOT PAID?!?

Unfortunately, I don't have record of the casting notice (shame on me). If memory serves me correctly, it paid $1500, so you'd get $1200, assuming your manager takes 20% commission like everyone else. I'll confer with others I know who shot on different days.

My friend confirmed she received her check, with the rate of $1500 minus commission.
