I'm New to this message board! I'm a 22 year old singer/songwriter and I've just produced and wrote my new CD! I've had managers, ent. lawyers etc in the past, but they've just strung me along with empty promises. I'm thinking that a Talent Agent might be the best way to go...I am up for any music, acting, commercial, voice over or other projects that can showcase my talents and still pertain to my singing and songwriting. Do you know of any Good Talent Agents out there? Thanks for Any help, Peace, Melissa

If you go onto the SAG or AFTRA website, they have lists of legit agents. From there, you can just google the agency (so its good two do with to internet screens up) and get more information on each one.
Also, check the ross reports. They give you information, and some have the agency's web address.

I can't think of any legitimate agencies that hold open calls. Most LA agents see talent only through referral or submission.
