(2009) •Play Writing Award (2008): For writing a play for a competition. •Play Writing Award (2009): For writing a play for a competition.
As for my questions:
--Should I list that im Non-Union? --The last two awards are only for participating and not winning, should I still list it? --Do you think I should build my resume up more? If so how, more theatre, more short films. --Do Agents consider school plays as theatre or do they just ignore it? --(for training) if the director of the workshop is not well known, do agents ignore it? -- (Question that been on my mind) Should I submit to agents? (I really want to because I want to go on auditions more often!) --Do Agents ignore Non-Union actors who submit?
Sorry I miss-spelled a couple of things because i was typing and my computer shut off and....... I dont wanna talk about it, Lol.

--Should I list that im Non-Union? NO! If you don't have a Union affiliation, don't put anything there.
--The last two awards are only for participating and not winning, should I still list it? You usually don't put down awards on acting resumes. I don't see the point of putting down competitions that you didn't win or at least placed in.
--Do you think I should build my resume up more? If so how, more theatre, more short films.
You're in NY, a theatre town. Do everything you can.
--Do Agents consider school plays as theatre or do they just ignore it?
Once again, you're in a theatre town.
--(for training) if the director of the workshop is not well known, do agents ignore it?
They care more about if you have training and are good because of it.
-- (Question that been on my mind) Should I submit to agents? (I really want to because I want to go on auditions more often!)
Why not?
You should also get work on your own through LEGIT sites like: -actorsaccess.com -nycasting.com -nycastings.com
--Do Agents ignore Non-Union Clients?
Commercial agents don't because they know it's easy for their clients to get Taft-Hartleyed through commercials than anything else.
Theatrical agents are different. Most good theatrical agents WON'T meet with you unless you're SAG, have a polished resume, and a good demo reel.
