I just recently did a mailing to agencies but I just realized that the ones I sent had a mistake in the resume but I found out after I mailed them. There were no typos... but the columns turned out weird so the film name was on the left side and the role I played was a few spaces to the right and the director was all the way to the right. Should I not even expect a call from agencies?

Mailings typically aren't the best way to secure representation no matter how you slice it. I dunno, the typo you're describing doesn't sound like death to me. I gotta ask though, didn't you staple the thing to the back of your headshot, like, over and over again? How'd you miss it? I personally don't think an agency would be that turned off by columns being misaligned as long as it doesn't look childishly unprofessional.

for over a decade, I have been mailing headshots. the resume has gone over so many incarnations that I have lost count. Dont worry about one resume, concentrate on the next one..
