Hi guys,

I did a few searches online for the Daniel Hoff agency and although a few things came up, I didnt get anything real solid out of it.

There are a few discussions here on BSW but they are very open ended and airy, no real solid opinions. Is anyone currently represented by this agency?

I spoke with them a few days ago and I will be going in to speak with them, I have also been offered rep. with RPM and I am stuck between the two. Any recommendations?

I did hear RPM suck from a few people but have heard first-hand really good things about Daniel Hoff. Hope that helps.

Thank you for the info, I have been trying to do some research on DH and so far things are looking good. I will definitely meet with them and see how things go.

Long Story short, but they had to reschedule me...I meet with them this Fri. I'll let u kno how it goes!

After searching around for a while doing research on them, I decided to attend there weekly open call on Friday.

About 3 weeks later I was called and told that they were interested in having me become one of their clients and asked me to come in for there "new client meeting" which was a group thing. I found this kind of odd, but was interested in checking it out. The only problem was that I was filming that day. They called me back the next week and it was the same thing, I couldn't because of the show I am doing. Finally she told me that they would give me a buzz after the holidays and if they couldn't get me in there for the group meeting, they would bring me in by myself another time that worked.

Anyone do one of these group sessions? What was it like? On IMDB they have PAGES of clients and I'm surprised they still are out there recruiting actors like this. If anyone is with them that can reference how often they get sent out, I would love to know.

If all seems ok, I'll be joining this army of an agency!

You had mentioned that you attended on of Daniel Hoff's open calls, was this recently? I wasn't aware that they even did that? Also, was it for commercial, theatrical or print? I know a lot of agencies do open calls for models, but I am not exactly a model type so any info would be extremely helpful
