All you need to do is supply them with another resume. Your look doesn't change every time you get work. The only time you need to get new headshots is when you no longer look like the old ones. If you are printing your resumes out on the back of your headshots, you are wasting the headshot. Put your resume on a seperate piece of paper and attach it to the back of the headshot. Credits can change continuously, and you will run out of headshots long before you should.

Serjil is dead on- the best thing to do would be to print your resume on paper and attach it to the photo. What I usually do is wait until I have a few changes (or a major change) before taking the time to give new ones to my team. When I do make the changes, I print new resumes and attach them to a new batch of pictures. When I deliver them to my agent & manager, I ask them to give me the old pictures/resumes- then I take them home, remove the old resumes. That way, I can resume them and no headshots are wasted. Hope this helps- good luck!
