Step 1 - learn not to SHOUT on an Internet board. Step 2 - Buy one of the agency listing books at Samuel French and read up on the agencies, with an eye towards who's right for you, where you are now (which, if you have to ask who the best agencies are, I'm guessing is pretty early in your career). Step 3 - Try to find information on the likely agencies you've id'ed in the listings. Step 4 - Go to the part of this board directly targeted to parents of kids and browse it a bit, find links there to other sources on kid-related issues, etc.: Kids' acting, dancing, etc. board Also, be wary of agencies that come looking for YOU. Most agencies with any clout have to pick through a ton of submissions.
