Hi I live in Northern Jersey and have just left my old agency John Robert Powers I am 15 years old and i was wondering what the ten or twenty best or most prestigous acting agencies are in new york and if there is any way to come in contact with them or even audition for their management

Some of the top agencies in NY that I know of are
-CESD (Cunngingham, Escott, Slevin, Doherty)
-AAA (Abrams Artist's Agency)
-CAA (Creative Artist's Agency)

& you can get contact info for them by googling them!

you can apply to all of them by sending your headshot, resume, and cover letter to them.

It's a long shot for anyone but it's always worth a try!

JRP isn't an agency. If you are 15 you need your parents permission and participation to get work permits etc. Have you read the parents of kids getting started thread? Have they? Great places to start.

thank you i will read that howdo you get to that thread, and i know JRP isnt an agency its just a school my mistake but do you think i should have left it or not. Also do you know of any other agencies that are not as prestigous or easier to get a hold of in ny if so please post names.
