Does anyone have experience with Ninna Sexsmith at daniel hoff agency. I was told she doesn't send out her kids that aren't working?

That's not our experience. My DS has only been with Ninna for about four months and she keeps him consistently going out to auditions. ( some really good ones too )- at this point he's booked very few of those auditions, but she still keeps him going out

I find her easy to talk to and really gung ho about getting her kids out to be seen by the casting directors.

Hi Secret Agent Man, I was wondering if your auditions have become more current. I know the summer was extremely slow for all. But you should be getting more consistent auditions now. What is the frequency of auditions Ninna is sending you out for? She has been sending my child out at least 1 audition a week. Sometimes it gets to be 2-3 wk. But mostly 1 wk. My child has booked a couple spot already. But I really wish she would send us out even more.

I think it's actually me that you wanted to talk to.

My DS goes out on auditions anywhere from 1 to 2 times a week, but I think it's a misconception to think that number is entirely based on what Ninna is or isn't doing.

I wholeheartdly believe that Ninna goes above and beyond as his agent. If she started to submit him for things he just wasn't right for just to up his number of auditions that would not work in his or her favor.

My take on Ninna is that she knows her kids well, their strengths, weaknessess and physical characteristic and submits them accordingly.

If your child has already booked a couple of spots I think you can rest assured that she's marketing your child correctly and will always be on the look out for the next perfect role.

You also should remember that the agent submits who he or she thinks would be good for the role, but the casting directors ultimately decide who they want to see based on those submissions.

As much as I would like to believe my child is a perfect fit for every role, I know that's not the case and really appreciate, especially not being based in LA, that we have an agent who sends him out on auditions that get him callbacks on a consistent basis.
