I've noticed many agencies accept online submissions-it would make it a lot easier I presume for everyone-save $ from mailings, headshot printing, envelopes, etc. & less clutter for the agent. I'm wondering if anyone has been called in from online submissions-would you expect the same results vs. mail in submissions?

I'd do both. So when they see your submission the second time (whichever kind of submission they see second) it creates a visual anchoring and allows them to remember you.
