I just wanted to throw a question out into the universe... I've got a big audition coming up on Monday for ABC. It's for a loosely scripted 1/2 hour comedy, and in the sides there's direction and essentially "what" the scene is about, but lacks the actual dialogue. While I'm excited and relatively confident in my audition toolkit, I've never done an improv-based audition for a major project before.
I was just wondering if anyone here had, and could offer any advice or dos/don'ts. Thanks guys!
Ashley

Treat it as an improv exercise. Follow the rules of improv (ie, "yes, and"...no questions, etc) and most importantly, have FUN! Don't sweat it and do your best to stay precisely in the moment Follow the momentum of the scene. Enjoy this chance to play!
