Hey Guys, I recently recieved an email from an agent at V.I.P Talent in PA. They said how they had recieved my info(I never sent them info.) and how they wanted me to come in for an interview. I think its a scam. Does any buddy else know of this 'so called' agency?
Thanks! -Grace

The fact that someone may or may not have heard of them doesn't really mean anything. They may be a new entity, maybe they're an agent or agents from other places that have banded together.
I don't know your situation, if and only if it's worth your time, follow up.
You'll know it's a scam the second they ask you for money. If they ask you for a dime, run do not walk to the nearest exit. If they "insist" you need new headshots and they have the perfect photographer and only their photographer will do, that's another sign of a scam.
Proceed with caution, trust your instincts. If it doesn't feel right at any point, IT ISN'T. Don't sign anything until you've taken it home and had time to think about it. Again, if they insist that you commit to anything on the spot, it's NO GOOD.
Hey guys, Thank you both for the reply. I checked out the Ross Reports both under Agents and Casting Director's in PA and nothing came up. I'm origionally from Philadelphia and am pretty fimilar with the different agents/CD's in the city and have yet to hear anything about this agency. I also checked out there sit and it seemed like they already have ALOT of talent. It kind of reminded me of the 'Explore Talent' site just more polished. I feel it's along the lines of not compleatly ligitimate. Their site's below if either of you would like to check it out. It just seems a little fishy to me--but who knows.

Some comedian did a bit about companies using "VIP" in their names. "If you go to VIP Nails, chances are, you are not going to see J-Lo there getting a mani-pedi."
