I know it's not an acting question but I felt he deserved better than the "off topic" section and where else to put it??? Anyway, this man was such an amazing talent, so very gifted and a great person. He will be very missed. I started crying when I found out. You got your wings, Bernie. Make heaven LAUGH....

Bernie Mac was a great talent and person and will be greatly missed.
If I may say this: DO NOT MESS WITH Pneumonia. I've had it before and I was out of commission for months. I thought I was just heavily fatigued when I had it and I literally collapsed on stage performing final dress before opening. Needless to say I was replaced by my understudy.
Uninsured and insured actors a like: If you feel you are coming done with something SEE YOUR DOCTOR. You can also go to Actors Fund Clinic in NYC. Take care of yourself. Many healthy people have died from Pneumonia.

He was very very talented ! My prayers goes out to his family, and others. Plus I just heard Isaac Hayes just died too. B. Mac was funny as hell. Sure going to miss the man.

Poor guy. He was really a great. At least in public. I love that he married his HS sweetheart and took care of his grand kids. He was so funny in Kings of Comedy. Thanks for all the laughs Bernie!
I try to live like I am dying. YOu know? As often as I can. Enjoy my relationships, my work, my health, you never know.
