Bob Corff has a great Audio Program that you can do in your car for like $20. Or you can actually study with him. He's considered one of the top voice/diction coaches in LA.

A class or coach is not qualified for remeadiating disfluency. See a Speech Pathologist. This is too technical for a speech and diction class.
