Well I am eating grapes right now, and I was thinking of a new thread. So here it goes.

1) banana (high in potassium which is good for when you are prone to getting charley-horses) -- dancers and pregnant women appreciate this

2) apples (natural bite and chew helps clean teeth and freshen breath - and floss & toothpaste/brushing of course is number one)

3) tangerine (easy to peel and great for vitamin c and a sugar pick me up)

4) grapes (portable!)

5) water (sorry,not a fruit but all fruits contain some measure of water and can't grow without it
