I saw "Sicko" last Friday and I don't want to reveal too much since many have probably not seen it but I got a little choked up in the scene where the 9/11 heroes go the the fire station in Cuba. Yes it's a documentary, but I don't tear up too often in movies. The moment was very moving.

I was crying during the Cuban scenes of "Sicko" too - the firehouse scenes and the hospital scenes. The Cubans were just so wonderful to the Americans! They've been kept down so long by Castro, but they've still got the biggest hearts in the world.

These probably aren't my top 5 but they're the 5 that happened to pop into my head. Nonetheless, effective!

1. BABEL - When Brad Pitt's character is holding back tears over the phone while talking to his kid.

2. THE GREATEST GAME EVER PLAYED - When Shia LeBeof's character wins the golf match and is being held up by the crowd. Everyone is giving him money and he sees his father is there.

3. LIFE AS A HOUSE - The camera is on Kristen Scott Thomas's character sitting in the hospital room and it pulls away to reveal the empty bed where we realize Kevin Kline's character has died.

4. LOTR: RETURN OF THE KING - Pretty much the entire ending after the ring is destroyed. (I know. Weird.)

5. CAST AWAY - When Tom Hanks loses Wilson. (Yeah, it's just a volleyball but imagine being on a deserted island for 4 years and losing the only friend you had, whether it's a volleyball or not!)

The Notebook: When she comes back to tell him about her wedding.

Blow: When he is busted and recording a tape for his father.

We own the night: I cried 3 times during this movie . Probably because i have a brother and we are very close. But when mark gets put in the hospital and he comes to visit. When there father gets shot and when at the end they both say that they love each other after all that shit.

Hook: That whole movie gets me choked up.

Requiem for a dream: This movie just seriously makes me want to jump off a bridge because i always feel like i don't deserve to live. I have only watched it twice to this day. It's amazing but intense.

I'll cry watching "The Wizard of Oz."

Any movie about WWII, the last war we ever fought for a good reason.

They always speak to the dignity, the courage, and the selflessness of men, under the most trying of circumstances.

Ironically, nothing comes as close to defining the true meaning of sacrifice or the love between human beings as movies of men in war.

All the ones above are great. But I know one scene that will have the roughest of men wiping there eyes for long time has been,

Old Yeller when he shot his dog. It doesn't seem to have the same effect on women, but most men, who have loved dog's can't watch that scene.

Same for I am legend when the shepherd gets infected saving will and he has to strangle the dog.

Saving private ryan when tom hanks is crying over the medic getting shot.

grace is gone, to many scenes to list in this one.

trade/ last of the mohican's when both characters jump off the mountains.
