Sometimes at Tony Luke's, I just get the onions and cheese on a roll! It's great with mustard and some banana peppers...damn! Now I'm hungry!

I just stay away from Geno's and Pat's, politics and CheeseWhiz aside.

Ishkabibble's? I'll just try that because the name is awesome!!

God, I love food...... Big Grin

Well at Tony Luke's you can get more than just cheese and onions as a sandwich. They do have a couple of vegetarian sandwiches on their menu that could be just the ticket for you Zippy! Cool

Here's Tony Luke's Menu for you. Cool

Give Ishkabibble's a try. It's on the other side of the street, about half a block away from Jim's. The front of the store sort of looks like a deli or one of those NYC magazine/newspaper stores with the sodas and drink coolers in the back. The chicken cheeesteak was long, not as thick as a beef cheesesteak, but well put-together. The cheese and the chicken were married together so that every single bite you take you get chicken, cheese and onions. Fantastic! Highly Recommend Ishkabibble's! Cool

I haven't tried Jim's, Fischy. I'm sure my dad has at one point or another. I just don't get down there enough - I'm usually in Jersey.

Zippy: New Jersey also makes a very good cheesesteak and there's numerous spots, particulary in South Jersey, where you can score a excellent one.

Check out this site http://www.bestcheesesteaks.com/cheesesteaks/nj.htm. The information is about four months old but still worthwhile to consider. Cool

Jim's cheesesteaks are fantastic! I prefer Jim's over Pat's or Geno's. There's also a really good cheesesteak place in Olde City on Market St. I forget what it's called, but it's between Front and 3rd (I forget exactly where, but I always recognize it) and it's on the south side of the street. YUM!!!!!

1)chocolate
2)mac and cheese
3)spaghetti
4)peanut butter
5)cookies

You know what I do with Kraft Mac and Cheese?

I buy two boxes and save the noodles from one for later.

Then I have TWICE THE CHEESE!!!!! Get it?

I know...dramatic. Try it. I'm a glutton.
