These photos are just some I took at home, not prof. done. I wouldn't normally have eyeliner on her for photos but this was impromtu and so she didn't get a chance to remove it. Any feedback is appreciated!

Shooting outside can be problematic, even for a seasoned "pro."
Sunlight can do a lot of terrible things to a headshot, often creating squinty eyes, washed-out skin tones, and exacerbating facial features (like bags or circles under the eyes, etc.). Weather often fails to cooperate outdoors as well, and busy and distracting backgrounds are sometimes unavoidable (but easily corrected by using the widest F-stop available).
Your compositions are great, so is your daughter's energy. But these are obviously not professional pictures and if you want to do your child justice, you'll need to seek out a qualified professional.
P.S. -- Glad to hear that Lake Lanier finally got some rain!! It got a little "dicey" down there when I was in Atlanta.
"Whatever works."
